Sights and Sounds

Hello again!

This update a better UI Layout, along with audio for the weapons and the AI.

The update also makes a change to the Shotgun's active ability, Say goodbye to sprinting around everywhere and introducing the Artillerist rail-shot; a piercing attack that makes quick work of swaths of enemies. but takes time to regenerate.

Along with some bug fixes...
(You can still phase through the floor...)

Windows Update out now, Linux will be soon.
